We do require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night stay for every confirmed reservation.  For stays of more than 5 nights, we do require a deposit equivalent to half of the payable amount.

cancellation

1. Cancellations should be made via FAX or email , 5 days before the reserved dates.

2.  After 5 days, an amount equivalent to 1 night stay will be charged.

3.  Cancellations on or within 2 days before the reserved dates will be charged the full amount of the total bill.

modification

Change of booking date shall be honored at least 5 DAYS before the reserved dates and is subject to availability of accommodations. After 5 days, our cancellation policies apply.

no-show

Guests will be charged the full amount of their total bill after they fail to show-up on their date of arrival.

cancellation/modification by us

We reserve the right to cancel or modify (transfer to another accommodation/establishment) any booking due to any unforeseen circumstances (act of nature, accidents, immediate repair, etc.).  In which case, we are only liable to REFUND the non-refundable deposit (for cancellations made before the reserved dates) or the REMAINING AMOUNT (for guests who are currently accommodated).

In the case of ROWDY GUESTS who caused disorder or damages, we reserve the right to immediately cancel their reservation and NEVER REFUND any amount paid to us.

payment

We require payment of payable balance ON ARRIVAL. Guests are therefore requested to have their cash prepared prior to arrival. Credit card payments incur 5% SURCHARGE. USD & British Pounds may be accepted subject to our own exchange rate.

miscellaneous charges

We reserve the right to charge the guest's credit card due to any of the following factors:

1. DAMAGES.  A minimum charge of Euro 15 will be charged from the guest's card, regardless of the actual price of damaged articles.  For expensive articles (porcelain lampshades, Turkish vase, furniture, etc.) damaged, the corresponding current value of these articles shall be charged.

2.  CLEANING FEE.  Guests who left the room or apartment  in great disarray (unwashed dishes, messy floor, etc.) will be charged a minimum amount of Euro 15 to cover for cleaning services.

All guests, by agreeing to these terms and conditions, authorizes AMSTELRIVERVIEW - AMSTERDAM to carry-out all credit card transactions for the deposit, accommodation payment or miscellaneous charges incurred during their stay in BAYWATCH 1403.
