
Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT
We do require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 10% of the total amount payable for every confirmed reservation. For payable amount less than Euro 500 (tax included), Euro 50 shall be charged as a minimum deposit.
CANCELLATION
1. Cancellations should be made via FAX or email , 5 days before the reserved dates.
2. After 5 days, an amount equivalent to 1 night stay will be charged.
3. Cancellations on or within 2 days before the reserved dates will be charged the full amount of the total bill.
MODIFICATION
Change of booking date shall be honored at least 5 DAYS before the reserved dates and is subject to availability of accommodations. After 5 days, our cancellation policies apply.
Guests may request for the modification of the quoted rate in case 1 or 2 of their companions backed out. Price reduction will be based on our current quoted rate. This type of modification is applicable only for reservations within the "LOW SEASON" period (December to February).
NO SHOW
Guests will be charged the full amount of their total bill after they fail to show-up on their date of arrival.
CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel or modify (transfer to another accommodation/establishment) any booking due to any unforeseen circumstances (act of nature, accidents, immediate repair, etc.). In which case, we are only liable to REFUND the non-refundable deposit (for cancellations made before the reserved dates) or the REMAINING AMOUNT (for guests who are currently accommodated).
In the case of ROWDY GUESTS who caused disorder or damages, we reserve the right to immediately cancel their reservation and NEVER REFUND any amount paid to us.
MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES
We reserve the right to charge the guest's credit card due to any of the following factors:
1. UNPAID MINI-BAR CONSUMPTION. A minimum charge of Euro 25 will be charged from the guest's card, regardless of the actual amount consumed.
2. CLEANING FEE. Guests who left the room or apartment in disarray (unwashed dishes, messy floor, etc.) will be charged a minimum amount of Euro 30 to cover for cleaning services.
3. LOST KEY. All keys must be returned to the reception or left inside the room/apartment upon check-out. In case of loss, Euro 25 will be charged from the guest's credit card.
4. DAMAGES. Any damages made to our property will be charged to the guest's credit card.
